Phil did not need privacy. He needed me discredited.

I have held the mother part, the protection-order part, the "fixated" part, the part where everyone discusses my register while tiptoeing around the grown man at the center of the room who has a phone number, a middle name, a username, seventeen years of documented activity, and apparently no adult relationship with consequences.
Ever since this man entered my life, the people around me — including me — felt the need to stop being authentic. That is what he requires to function.
It is fucking gross.
I am done.
Secret No. 1 is already in federal court. It has a docket number, payment records, HR memos, and $1.7 million in public money. There is an entire article for that.
This one is about what the money was going to.

In January 2017 he posted on TNABoard about visiting Vegas for CES from Seattle. Phil is a tech professional. He lived near Seattle. He attended CES.
None of this required investigation. It required a phone number.

Phil's birthday was June 25th. He and my mother travel to Europe. She is presumably right there.

Here is what two secrets have in common.
They both required Deanna Tapia's trust. The contracts needed her institutional position. The escort trail needed her not asking certain questions about her husband. Both arrangements required the same thing: the person close enough to see something choosing not to look.
There was one person in that household who was neither unaware nor willing to shut up.
Phil understood the problem. The solution was not honesty. The solution was me. More specifically, the destruction of me.
My credibility. My motives. My tone. My relationship with my mother. My ability to reach her. My ability to exist in her mind as anything other than unstable, fixated, threatening, dramatic, relentless, impossible.
That is how emotional violence works when the person using it knows how to keep his hands clean. You do not have to scream. You just have to stand close enough to the person with power over someone else's heart and keep adjusting the frame.
He is difficult. He is dramatic. He is obsessed. He is using tactics.
Then one day your wife's son reaches out, and she forwards the message to you.
You write back: "Don't give in to these tactics."

Once that frame is installed, everything becomes evidence of itself. If I cry, I am unstable. If I explain, I am manipulative. If I keep asking, I am fixated. If I bring receipts, I am retaliating. If I am angry, I prove the story.
Self-sealing. Very efficient. Very Phil.
He chose to make my credibility the issue because his conduct could not survive being the issue.
So now his conduct is the issue.
On May 30, 2025, the confrontation happened over text. Phil read it. He tapped like on a message describing rape and HIV and homelessness.
He said nothing else.
Just a little digital pat on the head from the man standing in the center of the rot.
Six days later, a protection order was filed in Snohomish County Superior Court. The same afternoon, Deanna Tapia emailed the order to HR, IT, Legal, and Security at Community Transit. Forty-five minutes later it was with the security team. By the next day, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office Transit Police Unit was coordinating on enforcement.
The commissioner who handled the renewal in June 2026 stated on the record that the original order contained no written findings.
No written findings.
A protection order with no written findings is not clarity. It is paperwork wearing a moral costume. It converts contact into crime. It keeps the son away from his mother and the mother away from the truth.
That is what it was for.
There is a question neither Phil nor Deanna Tapia has ever answered. Not in emails. Not in court filings. Not anywhere on the record.
What did I do to them?
Not how did I sound. Not whether I was angry. Not whether my grief arrived in a tone they found inconvenient.
What did I actually do?
What specific act? What documentable harm? What behavior crossed the line that a protection order is supposed to address?
There is no answer. There has never been an answer.
Because the thing they needed stopped was not behavior. It was access. Me reaching my mother before Phil's story about me finished hardening into family law. Me holding up a mirror before she could be trained to call the mirror a weapon.
And yes, Deanna should cry.
Not because I wrote this.
Because she is in Paris right now, and while she is there, the man she chose over her son is logged into TS4Rent.
That should break something in her.
It broke something in me.
The problem with building your protection around someone else's credibility is that documents do not care about credibility.
Public records do not care. Federal dockets do not care. Cash App does not care. Seventeen years of platform history does not care. Today's login timestamp does not care.
The trail is the trail.
Phil assumed that making me unreliable would be enough to protect him. It was not. Because the person he needed to make unreliable was also the person saving the screenshots, filing the records requests, reading the dockets, and understanding that when someone works this hard to make you look crazy, sometimes crazy is the only word they have left for right.
